[Lowfer] FDIM at Dayton

I was thinking of a CW only beacon out at my dad's. It falls within the 
50km mobile operations part of the XSH license. Put up a full 
quarterwave vertical in a L shape and some radials in the swamp. A solar 
panel to keep a battery happy and let it run 24/7. Low power of course. 
A few watts would get out plenty far with a full quarterwave antenna.
