No HiFER up right now.
When RPG was up, it was on 13,555.430 running QRSS3 and 10 WPM.
The design used an Epson programmable oscillator, fairly stable, but
generated hash across 500 Khz, I couldn't run my beacon and monitor at the
same time despite being 200' or so apart and the antennas 90º to each other.
I acquired a second peice of land about three miles away, been thinking of
putting RPG back up, since it's built, would use a 24' mast made of 2"
chainlink fence toprail with a pair of inverted V's and 180º power divder,
run it on solar power.
Transmitter, power divider and battery will be in one of those grey outside
subpanels, they have some 10" and 12" square models at the hardware store,
the antennas will be secured to the top with a pair of riser-clamps, much
better design that the foil covered metal box with 1/2" PCV mast screwed to
a fence post.
My newest design, mostly built is crystal controlled with varactor tuning
and modulator, it's a modified QRP 20m rig, will be good to have on the desk
where I can experiment with various modulation schemes.

: Kurt , do you have a beacon on ? Haven't had the receiver on today . If so
: what design are you using and what mode ?
: Mine is still sitting here ready to go as soon as I get an antenna up .
