[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 & /3 to test new ZL1BPU/ZL2AFP MSK

Lloyd,

Things didn't quite go as planned, and we didn't get to the 2-way point. 
However, we did do some beaconing, though the reports were not too 
encouraging. We'll pick another night (maybe next week, given the 
t-storm forecasts).

Thanks to those who looked and reported.
