Ok--I did not see that you had checked.  Very strange here.  It must be 
something about the frequency in this radio.  I have never seen this before 
even on stronger signals.  I did not see anything on the lower frequency 
when they went to usb voice.  I will have to use the signal generator and 
generate some signals and see if I can see the same thing.  It is now very 
clear that the WSPR program can respond to very week signals whether real or 
receiver generated.
