He is actually on 411.9 kHz where I see he is stronger.  Not sure why I see 
him on the other frequencies.  Receiver is a ICOM R8500 and see him with 
just a wire antenna on the other frequencies.  I do not see him on my 756PRO 
but I am using a converter there and am not using the same antenna there and 
it does not seem as sensitive.  I assume I am just seeing something that is 
a flaw in my R8500 unless someone else sees it.
