[Lowfer] " XR " back on the air

I turned it back on about 10pm EST but the RF current is
60 MilliAmps lower than it would normally be due to the 
deluge of rain we have been having here. The ground can't 
hold the water and so we've got flooding problems here that
we haven't had in almost 10 years. I'll let it run a while
and see if I can get motiviated to do some of the projects
laying here on the desk.
