[Lowfer] Can too much be too much ??

I wonder if this could be a part of my problem. Every power strip,
surge protector, power supply, etc. that I have, I have triple
bypassed the AC lines with .01 uF caps. Hot to Neutral, Hot to
Ground, and Neutral to Ground. In the process of maximum filtering,
could I be inducing noise into the system, and all the while
thinking I was filtering it out ?? When Mike mentioned the common 
mode noise, I began thinking about possible filtering overkill on
the AC lines. And I still have horrendous amounts of computer 
hash in the receiver, making some bands un-usable.
