[Lowfer] WD2XSH/7 Amplifier Repaired

The problem was the bias regulator transistor, an IRF730P which had
developed an open gate connection internally.  This is the second
transistor in this particular batch of transistors  that has failed in
the same manner.  That is NOT good.  The failures were in different
circuits, but the failure mode was the same.

The amplifier is running in test mode on the bench for a day or so
before I return it to service.  In the meantime, the W5JGV 600 Meter
Band Viewer and the W5JGV 185 KC Grabber will be running free from
interference from my beacon transmitter.
