[Lowfer] 2200 Meter request for NPRM

I haven't heard of him before . Like Zack , and others , I do a little from DC to daylight , so I would have thought that he would have shown up somewhere along the way .

Someone with better knowledge than myself , needs to be in touch with him to see that he does not get power limits established and suggest that he modify it to ERP , especially in the kHz . range .

I haven't looked at his file to see what he is proposing and what antennas he also proposes . Sure don't want him having the part 5 antennas limited to some arbitrary number like 50 feet .

That is one VERY ambitious filing to cover almost the entire spectrum . It will be interesting to see the equipment that he proposes for that use .

I want to modify my part 5 license for 600 meters and 2200 meters , but will only do so with the guidance of and coordination with the established groups and stations , now that I have equipment built for both of those bands .

Maybe he has the next FRACTAL antenna in mind to use !!

I would also be curious , if he is trying to fit this all on a "postage stamp" size lot and or an apartment .
