[Lowfer] CV in NE IL

Charlie's new transmitter/frequency has been attracting a lot of
attention. Like Andy and Jay, I found it over night just above 186.0
kHz, peaking around 0900Z with ARGO30, slow to EN52ta in NE IL. I have a
lot of spurs so it was interesting to see Jay's capture. I have all 4
extraneous lines in my capture too, just below CV - 3 straight, 1
triangular. Must not be local.
XR and MP were coming through very well before tuning for CV. WMS was
tried later but the best I could do was to identify traces of signal.
