[Lowfer] 12.450 KHz Data Signal

Andy,

This morning I was able to confirm I am hearing more than one of these signals. 
  In the recording below you can faintly hear a weaker signal that appears to be 
polling a network of devices.  If you listen closely you can hear the weaker 
signal before, between and after the two transmissions of the stronger signal.

Of all the different antennas I have tried the best S/N on this signal is 
with.... :) :) ...  the degaussing coil of wire removed from an old 27" TV 
picture tube :)  A few years ago I hung the coil from a tree in the woods a few 
hundred feet from the house.  I never tested the self resonant freq but by the 
sound of the noise I receive as I tune the receiver indicates resonance just 
below 12 KHz.

The "TE" decode you got indicated nothing I know of.
