I also have an RX-320 and it is a good performer on LF ... after the
mod. The RX-320 is not a SDR, it is a traditional superhet that is computer
controlled via the RS-232 port from a computer. It also drifts just a little
for the first couple of hours when it's turned on. The drift is minimal ...
about 2 or 3 hz at 185.3 KHz. After an hour or two however, it's rock solid.
The pix below was taken almost 10 years ago. You can see the short term
drift in the ARGO traces on the left.

Hey ... I did a little lookin' and I found that I used that trace that
evening to make up QSL cards for NC, LEK, and BRO.

I didn't know I had the RX-320 that long. It still works great! I might
give her a try tonight ... it's been a long time since I've seen a wavy
trace!

I wonder how that would work on my Pegasus?
It is nearly deaf below BC band. I have copied some on part 15 and 2200
meters with a preamp. Seems I remember talking to TT and was advised lowest
BPF was for 160 meters. Not familiar with RX320 , is it compudter controlled
like Pegasus?
