That was John W1TAG - he was running WD2XES in WSPR mode 
on 137.450KHz TX frequency or 135.950KHz DIAL FREQ in USB mode.
 
I think it was a one-time thing until 0330 UTC 02/08/10 Monday  morning
but I am sure he would be glad to run it some more if requested.
 
I tried listening for it here in SC but nothing heard here. I believe I  am
in the null of his transmitting loop to the south so I probably won't be  
able 
to copy it here but he should be widely heard to the West and East.
