[Lowfer] Possible capture of Watering Hole Signal in NUT

Ran the watering hole last night and looking over the captures this 
morning it appears that a signal was attempting to make itself seen 
starting around 1000 utc, I attached a silver of the argo screen of what 
I had and the approximate freq it was on.  I thought perhaps it could be 
CV but I see in the new lowdown that he moved up to 186.  No way can I 
tell what the call was but it is very nice to see a 185 signal from back 
east make it out here thru the mountain!  At least it looks like a 
signal to me!  So I will have to keep trying and see if conditions get 
better!
