While monitoring the 185.3 kHz watering hole last night around 0800Z the
MA member of the WM twin beacons came through fine. That's the first
time this winter it has been seen here. Unfortunately neither the other
twin nor PBO nor IO were detected. It was good to find that SIW, now at
185299.4 Hz, caused no desense problems from 20+ miles away.

The same can't be said for 511.5 kHz WSPR reception of WE2XGR/2,3, and
6. /6 is extremely strong here and mixes with /2 to produce crud on top
of /3 when using an e-probe/SDR-IQ for reception. Such IM isn't nearly
as bad when using an Icom 706MKIIG for receive. Perhaps more tinkering
with the preamp, RF, and IF gains of the SDR-IQ will help. Nice to have
a problem involving too much signal rather than not enough!
