[Lowfer] Decoding HBG with MultiPSK Clock

After getting sucessful decodes of HBG on 75 KHz, I noticed that
MultiPSK Clock reported it as DCF77.. The software does list both
on the same decode button.. But the clock decoder will read:
" A valid frame has been received from DCF77. " Evidently both
times stations must use the same encoding of the time signal
