Unfortunately, it's not in the October 2006 issue.  That turns out to be a 
typo.  I think John meant October 2005, which I currently cannot find.  That 
was the period during which I was first moving back to Kansas from Georgia, 
so nothing from that time is in any logical location.  I'll keep looking.
