[Lowfer] 137.78 watering hole

Well, my setup is not broken, just weird propagation I guess.
The first signal, XNS, didn't show up here last evening until after 9pm
(0300z), about 4 hours after local sunset. XGJ followed soon after and
was there all night. The time of night when signals are usually at their
finest here (0900-1000z) is when XGJ slowly faded to almost nothing for
more than an hour then came back strong.
Strange but interesting propagation down here in the basement.
