Hi Charlie,
You are right about the $15 minimum order with Amidon. I tried placing 
a test order for $10 and the alert came up that there was a $15  minimum.
 
The last order I placed was for around $50 so I guess that's why the alert  
never came up.
 
Anyway good luck with the toroids. I have ordered from Bytemark  before
and they have always given good service too.
 
Haven't ordered from Palomar in a long, long time. Wasn't sure if they  were
still in business!
