[Lowfer] WSPR attempt and WM-MW-SIW in Mechanicsburg, PA

Thanks for the nice watering hole capture Dick. Glad the solar 
panel/battery is keeping SIW on the air now that cold, snowy weather has 
arrived. I had no luck either trying to decode XR on WSPR. Conditions 
didn't seem bad though as NDB BOG in Columbia was quite strong and had 
the company of other Caribbean and Central American NDBs. The VLF Alpha 
stations were all in this morning and I saw good signals on 137 kHz last 
evening from XNS and MP. The former was into the F1ADJ grabber nicely. 
Not sure about MP because the grabber has a spur right on his frequency.
