[Lowfer] Timing

Im in the middle of changing to new machines and moving to Windows 7. 
 
 I cant run Thinkingman D4 time sync it appears and wonder if anyone else has thad the same issue. There is some blogging on this but nothing on the site itself.
 
 The clear for me was to run a new "app" from Germany called Time Sync www.speed-soft.de/  - im still playing but looks like from the plethera of
programs out there this one is working alongside W7. "Time" will tell.
