[Lowfer] Daytime SIW in NC

Thanks for the great capture sequence of SIW overnight. Conditions sure 
have picked up but reception by Steve in OR was a very unexpected 
pleasant surprise, as was your daylight reception report for a 616 mi path.

I didn't see any new AK NDBs last night, nor did I see anyone else 
reporting AK at http://dxworld.com/hdblog.html. But Kodiak was in nicely 
on Navtex at 0735Z after New Orleans dekeyed and also at 1140Z. In fact, 
the entire list of area 12, north pacific stations was decoded. Honolulu 
(area 12, central pacific) was seen at 1240Z too but not decoded. It was 
nice to decode Prince Rupert since station hasn't been noticed here for 
some time.

Looking forward to seeing XR on some mode other than QRSS,
