[Lowfer] WHOA - Update !! Transmitting plans for lowFER beacon " XR "

I probably will need to pick another frequency... Let me tell you
this !! when I connected the radio the the matching coil last 
night, I was hearing the LW broadcast stations on the lowFER vert.
like locals, around 11:30 pm Eastern time, I stopped transmitting
and when I went to receive, I kept hearing a beacon in CW sending
the letters " EMP " over and over. I went to RNA to find out where
it was located and nothing showed up in the search results. OK. so
it's not an areo-beacon, especially that low in frequency, so I 
figured that I was probably getting some type of intermod.. Not So;
I just went to the LWCA " Who's on the air " list and found out
that I was hearing " EMP " in Empire, LA. WOW !! a strong, and
steady signal. I have been listening since 2007, and I can now say
that I have " HEARD " my first lowFER beacon signal by ear.
Indio shows it to be about 546 miles... Impressive !!
