[Lowfer] What is this ?

Thanks Scott,

How strong is most light dimmer noise?I have 1 dimmer here in my house but 
Im thinking this is coming from a neighbor somewhere. I dont see the noise 
when I use my single turn loop ; just my active whip.
 As far as the SMPSU noise ; Ill have to start unplugging my kids 
Playstations  and X-BOXES and such.
