[Lowfer] WD2XES JASON Slow Turbo 137.441

WD2XES will be running in JASON Slow Turbo mode on 137.441 kHz tonight, 
starting around 2330 UTC. Power will be 500 watts up to 0230, when it 
will again go to 50 watts for the overnight.

JASON is a narrow-BW mode based on incremental frequency shift keying, 
decoding characters based on frequency shift, rather than the exact 
frequency. The software may be downloaded from I2PHD's site:
http://www.weaksignals.com/

Be sure to select the "turbo" mode in addition to slow. There is no 
error correction, so garbage characters may appear. Each tone is about 
45 seconds long, and it will take a couple of tones before any decoding 
will take place. You can see what the signal "looks like" with a QRSS30 
screen.
