Yes; a very small, but still noticable decline in the atmospheric
noise level... Thank goodness!!! This has been the noisiest summer,
and the stormiest summer I can remember. Definitely looking forward
to quieter conditions. The sun is still relatively quiet, so here's
to hoping for good autumn, and winter lowFER propagation.....
