[Lowfer] propagation returns

WEB was copied here from 0330 to 530 local time(0830 to 1030utc) just before sunrise. I checked Ralphs grabber at 0830 and WMS was in there. Both copies were partial but first I've seen in weeks. We have a break in the triple digit temps today. I will check Ralphs grabber during the day and see how I am doing. 

Anyone else seeing anything?
