[Lowfer] Another WSPR run

I have " XR " running WSPR again tonite. set dial at 184.000 - USB
if you want to try. Announcing kinda late I know.  Very windy, and
raining here, so the RF current is going up and down as the antenna
goes up and down in the wind. Guesstimated power into the antenna
is about 1/2 watt. Will run overnight.
