[Lowfer] WSPR on an audio amp; ie: " CHIP "

Oh yes, that Phillips amp is the one in the ZL1BPU dds exciter that
several of us are using on LF.  Crazy bandwidth for an audio amp.  I
know at least Laurence and I have used it on the air without any other
final, and maybe others.  I know Charlie built one too.

Good work, Andy.  Just agreeing with you that that's a sweet amp.
