[Lowfer] Lithium packs (Was: A power supply head scratcher)

I have some Nicad's from 1992, which most are shorted. When I want to 
use them I zap the short out and they take a normal charge. Been using 
them on & off for the last 15 years and no sign of them failing. hi hi
