[Lowfer] Twisted Pair as Feedline

Been running shielded CAT5 on receive for about 5 years now. Compared unshielded CAT5, shielded 
CAT5, Canare StarQuad and coax. The StarQuad and shielded CAT5 were about equal so left the shielded 
CAT5 for the feedline and use the StarQuad in the high fidelity AM transmitter setup.

With a suitable driver and some impedance matching CAT5 should work fine getting the square wave to 
the final at the antenna.
