[Lowfer] XES on 137 kHz using DFCW

Noticed XES coming through the F1AFJ grabber nicely last night.
Transmissions were dual-frequency CW at 137.779 kHz (+0.2 Hz shift). The
signal here was just noticeable until about 0300Z 9/25/09, when it
quickly rose and became strong until the final transmission around
0500Z. That behavior is similar to the recent WD2XES WSPR transmissions
9/21/09. Looked for TAG again with no luck. Better compare the soundcard
calibration using Loran-C harmonics to the value I get using a
GPS-referenced 1000 Hz signal (and 100 kHz to establish tuning error).
Too bad there aren't regular Wolf signals to boost one's confidence that
decoding is working optimally.

British Columbia NDBs were in very well around sunrise indicating
reception of 500 kHz hams out west should be viable when/if they begin
high power transmissions.
