Good copy of lowfer beacon WEB last night in NE IL around 0830Z, 
189.9494 kHz, QRSS-30, slow. Quickly switched to 187.492 kHz for WMS but 
nothing was noted through sunrise. Better reception seems to be kicking 
in based on NDBs heard - for example, MOG, 404 kHz, Montague, CA; NY, 
350 kHz, Enderby, BC; and RD, 411 kHz, Redmond, OR have been regulars.
