[Lowfer] Lowfer signals in NE IL

Beacons MP (185.301 kHz QRSS60) and EAR (188.830 kHz QRSS30) continue to 
come in well even during the middle of the day. Thanks Mitch and John 
for keeping them on the air! They're the only beacons heard at the 
moment, whether because others are down or the noise floor is just too 
high. Copied XGJ on 137.780 kHz again last night easily. Nothing heard 
again from WEB even though NDB CGQ on 344 kHz was coming through (a new 
one here) as were some other Texas NDBs. No TAG decodes either but it's 
probably just too soon for that. 500 kHz activity has been disappointing 
given all the newly licensed stations - little other than the old 
reliables WD2XSH/6 and WD2XSH/12 has been on of late.
