[Lowfer] Beacon "XR" back on 24/7

Andy, listened for XR overnight and found it in there on 184.3222 kHz 
between about 0630Z and 1030Z, but not strong enough to decode more than 
a few letters. The QRSS60 speed sure helps when signals are weak. The 
SNR will improve as Fall kicks in. Thanks for keeping XR QRV. I've been 
trying to decode TAG for a while too (now temporarily QRT) with no luck 
yet. That will be a good indicator of when LF conditions return to good.
