Well put Peter:
I was going to comment on that point too, that it is very
Gentlemenly of Warren to ask for suggestions on a possible
frequency for his Part-5 operations. BECAUSE :::::
Legally, and realistically, Warren can operate anywhere, and
anytime he wants too. He has a license to do so. If he were
to cause interference to a Part-15 station; the rules say
that the Part-15 station must accept any interference from
a licensed station. And inversely; Part-15 can cause no
interference to a licensed station.
At least Warren is casting the bait to see if anything bites.
