Hey Mike:

I don't really have a way to measure the SWR, as far as a meter
is concerned, so I can't answer that one.
The transistors are not getting hot. I can put it in tune mode
and leave it keyed for an hour, and they might get slightly warm
at worst. The filter network is hand wound on my paint bucket
variometer at the bottom of the bucket, nothing getting hot there
