[Lowfer] Part 15 Problems.

Kurt,
I've been into Pt 15 communications for quite a few years and also have been associated with many others that go back a whole lot further. Believe me, if there were any restriction on the modulation format, I would have heard about it.
Part 15 regulations also cover unintended emissions, such as those from fluorescent light fixtures, medical equipment, computers, toys, etc, and the regulations are basically the same.... and it isn't likely that the modulation from these devices would have an ID.
We 'intentional emitters' identify our modulation only to make it possible to get feedback from those that have received our distant signals and not to satisfy any regulation.
