[Lowfer] looking for information on EXP1750A

Hi again. I was trying to replicate the circuit K0LR used for his simple
lowfer transmitter. A few Epson oscillators hopped onto my last Digi-Key
order, as well as a couple of 74HC4060. My thinking was that I could
replicate the Epson oscillator "test bed" he made, then move on to trying
the simple lowfer transmitter. In my usual haste, I missed the project a
little down the list, which uses the divide by ten counter. Thanks to all
who pointed that and other relevant details out. I'm going to spend a little
more time trying to get the '4060 to work, because heck, I have a few of
them and the oscillators I bought were intended to fit that divide ratio.
And it's too snowy and rotten outside to do what I was really planning to
do. I'll report back.
