[Lowfer] I need the formula to calculate needed turns on a coil

Andy,

  On the 2nd part of your question,  a coil made from 28 gauge wire
will have higher resistance and probably lower self-capacitance than a
coil made from 14 gauge wire, this will affect the impedance and
matching of the antenna.
