I think the only neg thing I can think of is leakage from Ant 1 to Ant 2, (abt to replace the wire input with another coax plus) and when at 60KhZ (or near it) and below the pre amp doesn't per se.
I have a couple and have no complaints for the buck.

Peter,
I have not read John Reed's performance test of the R-75 in the Lowdown but I have two R-75s that get a lot of use below 200K and am totally surprised by these negative comments! I think there are a lot of us that would like to see what John would suggestion for a receiver with more bang for the buck at this or any other part of the spectrum.
