[Lowfer] Lowfers over night to NE IL

Waterhole lowfers were displaying on the W5JGV grabber quite early in 
the evening so I looked too. Using an SDR-IQ and e-probe I found MP and 
XR coming in well by 0200Z and traces of CV. XR continued well through 
0700Z -- Andy your efforts have paid off. Then the tuning was shifted 
from 185.3 kHz QRSS-60 slow to 187.492 kHz QRSS60 slow to look for WMS 
(which actually sends at QRSS30 rate). It was immediately found and was 
watched through 1045Z. Paul, your deluge of water may hurt but you're 
still getting out. A very small but distinct frequency vs time slope 
during key downs was seen with the average frequency running about 
187.4909 kHz.
