[Lowfer] Makeshift lowFER receiving antenna

Hadn't thought about it in that light before Charlie: I suppose
that initially I would consider a strong local signal to be the
death nail to my being able to listen, instead of the opportunity
to experiment and improve my filtering capabilities.
