[Lowfer] XR is on the iar

Andy, listened last night after 0700Z for XR but nothing seen. Will keep 
trying from time to time as long as I know you're QRV.

Much earlier XGJ was noticed on the F1AFJ grabber and it was then seen 
well here too on 137.780 kHz QRSS-60 with an sdr-iq and e-probe until 
signoff around 0300Z.

That bode well for hearing something from SAQ on 17.2 kHz but nothing 
was noted around 0700Z, except via the internet online receiver in 
France. That receiver showed GQD in England on 19.6 kHz many dB stronger 
than SAQ. Since GQD was just above my noise level, it was no surprise 
not to notice anything from SAQ, even with QRSS-3 and QRSS-20 code 
simultaneously examining the SDR-IQ demodulated signal. Interestingly, 
NWC in Australia on 19.8 kHz was much stronger here than GQD but I 
didn't even notice it on the online receiver display.
