tea timer bites,, get rid of it
and I use  stop zilla have had spy bots,, in fact it is still on my
machine
should get rid of it
get a free copy of CCLEAN

it will do all the cookies etc in one fell swoop,,, and I use AVG for
virus\control
just make sure you only get cclean as like many sites they want to sell
you other stuff
I use Verizon DSL and unless AVG is doing a scan all runs fast
and while your at it get a copy of foxit much nicer that adobe PDF reader
also free and the version to write / make PDF files in inex
