[Lowfer] LF quiet in NE IL

Quiet in the sense that no lowfers have been seen for over a week here 
(save for MP and EAR, which are doing fine even in daylight with an 
e-field probe and SDR-IQ). Not quiet in that thunderstorm activity has 
been the norm, but the lightning maps at 
http://thunderstorm.vaisala.com/explorer.html have been clear for 
hundreds of miles on occasions. NDB reception hasn't been too bad - for 
example, RYN, 338 kHz at 2300 km has been fair copy. VLF reception 
hasn't been bad either - NWC, 19.8 kHz in Australia and DHO38, 23.4 kHz 
in Germany coming throuogh at times, along with the "big 4" Navy 
transmitters. Looking forward to the return of months with the letter 
"r" in them.
