DSCdecoder seems to be the "standard" for DGPS decoding. But, the latest 
version of MultiPSK includes such decoding as well 
(http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg17660.html). 
Free decoding has a time limit on it, to avoid that you must purchase 
the professional version. Both work well and can pull out amazing DX 
routinely, meaning much farther than NDBs are typically heard. 
Presumably this is the result of their digital signalling and higher 
ERP, compared to the 25 W typical of NDBs. A wealth of information on

are run by the Coast Guard and new stations are continuing to be added, 
Saint Marys, WV on 295 kHz being the latest. See
