[Lowfer] TAG in CT

No schedule for listening to TAG from NE Illinois, but did so last 
night. Just barely found "A" in there from Andover, ME around 0545Z, 
032109 although MP was dcently strong and NDB SXD, 265 kHz, Springfield, 
VT was coming through. Changed frequency from 185.3 to 185.8 at 0800Z 
and listened with for TAG. Back lobe lightning static from storms in MO 
was moderately strong so didn't expect much but TAG was decoded by 
0851Z. Next decoding period was faster, taking just 16 minutes for the 
first decode. Fastest decoding period for the night was:
