[Lowfer] WMS off the air tonight

WMS beacon will be off the air tonight.
My Elektor SDR rec arrived today. Preliminary tests look promising. Works
well with a lowpass filter on front end. Resolution is 0.1 hz calibration
 down to
about 2 hz now best I can tell. Finished circuit board is $140 us, sold by
 Elektor
magazine. Item was shipped FEB11 from the Netherlands via registered mail.
Glad I spent the extra for priority delivery, it arrived today March 16.
