I Got this reply from Bill Bowers about WEB status. I guess propagation
 has been poor plus
t'storms are responsible for lack of propagation on part 15.
temps here have been in 70's last few days, tomorrow will be down in the
 40's.

Paul:  It is on.  24/7 but I switched back to every other hour CW  I now
 have a battery back up & will inxtall it this week & set the swithcing
